The barbeque will take place from 11 a.m. until sold out. $10 for chicken only, or $12 for a full meal including chicken, salt potatoes, baked beans, and a cookie.  All proceeds will go to support our Community Grants program.

The highway cleanup will take place at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 18, in conjunction with Earth day that will follow the next week.  We will meet at the Tops Market parking lot of Triphammer Road, break up into teams and head out to clean our section of the highway, from the Triphammer to the Stewart Park Exits.  All equipment for the cleanup will be provided.  More info will be forthcoming as we get closer to the date of the event.

Ithaca Rotary Club Spring Picnic:  All club members, exchange students and families, nearby Rotary clubs and their exchange students are invited.

We ask Rotary Club members to bring a dish-to-share that will feed 6-10 people. Our guests (exchange students and families) need only bring themselves. If your last name starts with the letters A-L, please bring a main dish (omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan); M-S, a side dish or a salad; T-Z, a dessert. The club will provide paper plates, napkins, cups, silverware, and non-alcoholic drinks. 

We need a few people to help set-up and clean up. Please sign up on the volunteer lists.

We hope you will come and enjoy springtime at Stewart Park.

Join us to hear from last year's Outbound Youth Exchange as they present to the club on their time abroad

Learn how Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) connects Cornell University's research with local community needs through its network of independent county associations, including CCE Tompkins. The presentation will explain how research informs Extension's work in practical ways, clarify CCE's role in programs like SNAP-Ed and Medicaid, and highlight the community-based programs and initiatives led by the team to improve health and well-being across Tompkins County.

Nancy Potter will be leading a group to sort this Tuesday 9/1 at the ReUse Triphammer location at 2309 N Triphammer Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850.

Come join us from 10-12:30, or any part thereof that you can join.   Even helping for 30 minutes is a huge help!

In addition to helping our environment by keeping stuff out of the landfill, you'll be helping the community through the employment support that ReUse provides AND also helping our club through the profit sharing we receive.

Tompkins County has seen its share of traumatic events in recent months, impacting not only the community as a whole, but the mental well-being of the individuals on the front lines responding to those events. This week, we'll learn more about the work of two agencies in the areas of Critical Incident Stress Management and Peer Loss Support.

Discover how the Youth Entrepreneurship Market (YEM) is helping local students turn creative ideas into real businesses. Learn how young entrepreneurs gain hands-on experience through mentorship, workshops, and community markets, and see how the program is building confidence, leadership, and the next generation of business owners in Tompkins County.

The Ithaca Rotary Club's fall picnic is a great time to reconnect with old friends from nearby clubs and make some new friends. Plus you can taste fabulous food made by other Rotarians or purchased from local restaurants. Most importantly, our new Rotary Exchange students will be there.
