Ithaca Rotary Action Assembly/Listening Lunch

Please join us for a special club assembly meeting in which we will be exploring important topics that will shape our club going forward.

This meeting will be facilitated by Amy Kohut, of One Step Coaching and Consulting, to help us dig into some deep questions about our club, and what you want and should expect from it, as well as what the club should expect from its members.  Here are some potential topics....

• How many and what types of volunteer and club activities should we have going forward?
• Should there be participation requirements to be an active Rotarian) (Volunteer/activity requirements, etc)
• What could\should we be doing to make ourselves more relevant to the community?
• What could\should we be doing to make ourselves more relevant to our members – to help more members want to engage in its activities.?

If you plan to come, please RSVP by Saturday 10/31 because it will help us planning our lunch capacity.

That said, we really want and need your input, so if you find that you are able to come and haven't RSVPed, please come anyway.    

Your input will help your club Board of Directors make better decisions to help keep our club strong, vibrant, and relevant, well in to the future!
