Rotary Hosts Election Day Pancake Meal
43rd annual event raises money for International Exchange Student Program

Ithaca Rotary’s 43rd annual Election Day Pancake Day is this Tuesday, November 8, from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., at Coltivare, 235 South Cayuga St. (across from the Hotel Ithaca), downtown Ithaca. Tickets are $9 for adults — kids under age 12 free — and may be purchased at the door or from Ithaca Rotarians. Cayuga Radio Group will be broadcasting live during the morning, and many of the candidates on the local ballot traditionally come to eat and greet voters.

The traditional meal includes blueberry and plain pancakes, corned beef hash, fruit, and yogurt, along with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, coffee, tea and orange juice. Cooked and served on site by Rotarians and Rotary Youth Exchange students, your meal will be hot and delicious!

The Ithaca Rotary Club is gratefully partnering with TC-3 and Coltivare for Pancake Day 2016, which is held in honor of Beverly Baker (pictured right) this year. Discounted parking is available in the Cayuga Street lot; patrons should have their parking ticket validated at the breakfast.

Proceeds from this special event are used to fund Ithaca Rotary’s International Student Exchange Program. Please help us sustain this important cultural immersion opportunity to promote international understanding and good will.
